Ji Gong - he was a popular Chinese god/deity from the folk story. He carries a bottle of wine and a fan as his image. He supposed to be a monk, but his carefree nature ( eating meats and drinking wine ) made him being rejected by the temple. So, he stayed on the street to help people. 

This Blue and White finish porcelain piece has precise details on the drawing and details. It is a vintage copy of good quality. Auction house collectible item.
